This morning, protesters assembled in parliament square to curate visual stunt highlighting the Chancellor’s expected refusal to bring in proper wealth taxes on the super-rich, featuring a campaigner dressed as Rachel Reeves and wearing a Papier Mache head of the chancellor. The ever-advancing Green Party leader Zack Polanski was in attendance, making calls for Rachel Reeves to make the right “political choices”, and impose a 2% wealth tax levied at assets.
