2022 has been an annus horribilis for Britain. From worsening Brexit fallout, to the death of the Queen and the uncertain future of the Royal Family in its wake, from Liz Truss’ disastrous six weeks in office to a winter of strikes across multiple industries – this has been an eventful year and one many of us would sooner forget.
